Daven

Daven graduated from Cardiff University with a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) (Hons) in 2016 and subsequently completed his Certificate of Legal Practice (CLP) in 2017.

He commenced his pupillage at Messrs Dennis Nik & Wong, Kuala Lumpur, under the tutelage of the late Datuk Wong Rhen Yen. Daven was admitted and enrolled as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 2019.

In the same year, he joined Messrs S Ravenesan as a Legal Associate. His practice focuses on civil and commercial litigation, where he advises and represents clients in a range of contentious matters involving corporate, contractual, and civil disputes.

Daven has experience in handling litigation matters across various areas, including insolvency-related proceedings, banking disputes, land acquisition matters, and general civil claims.
