Mohan

Mohan graduated from Oxford Brookes University, United Kingdom, with a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) (Hons) in 2018. He subsequently completed the Bar Professional Training Course at BPP University and was called to the Bar of England and Wales by the Honourable Society of the Middle Temple, London, in 2022.

He began his legal career the same year as a pupil at Messrs S Ravenesan, Kuala Lumpur, under the guidance of Chau Yen Loong. Following the completion of his pupillage, Mohan was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 2022.

To further develop his expertise, Mohan pursued a Master of Laws (LL.M.) at Queen Mary University of London, specialising in Energy and Climate Change Law. In 2024, he re-joined Messrs S Ravenesan as a Legal Associate.

Mohan’s practice focuses on civil and commercial litigation, with particular interest in matters involving corporate disputes, contractual claims, and recovery actions. He also maintains a growing focus on Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG), energy, and climate change law, reflecting the increasing importance of regulatory and sustainability considerations in modern commercial practice.
