Raven

Raven is the Founder and Managing Partner of S Ravenesan, a boutique litigation practice recognised for its work in corporate disputes, restructuring and insolvency matters.

He graduated from the University of the West of England, Bristol with a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) (Hons) in 2009 and was called to the English Bar as a Barrister-at-Law in 2010, as a member of the Honourable Society of Gray’s Inn, London.

He commenced his pupillage at Messrs Dennis Nik & Wong, Kuala Lumpur, under the mentorship of the late Datuk Wong Rhen Yen, and was admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 2011.

In 2012, he established Messrs S Ravenesan, with offices in Kuala Lumpur and Temerloh, focusing on complex corporate disputes, restructuring and insolvency-related matters.

Raven regularly advises companies, directors, insolvency practitioners and stakeholders on matters involving corporate recovery, winding-up proceedings, shareholder disputes and commercial litigation.

He is known for his strategic and commercially focused approach to dispute resolution, assisting clients in navigating complex legal and financial challenges.
