Chau Yen Loong graduated from Multimedia University (MMU) with a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) (Hons) in 2011.
He commenced his pupillage at Messrs Dennis Nik & Wong and was admitted and enrolled as an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 2012.
Following his admission, he was retained as an Associate in the firm’s Litigation Department, where he developed significant experience in civil and commercial litigation matters.
In 2015, Chau Yen Loong joined Messrs S Ravenesan, where he now serves as a Partner, managing a broad portfolio of corporate and private clients while contributing to the firm’s litigation and advisory practice.
His practice focuses on contractual disputes, tort claims, insolvency-related matters and civil litigation. He also advises clients on matters involving corporate governance, regulatory compliance and Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) considerations.
In addition to his litigation work, Chau Yen Loong provides consultancy on the legal implications of corporate communication strategies, including matters relating to intellectual property protection, data privacy and regulatory compliance.
